I would like you to be aware of a situation that I experienced at your dealership. I bought a used 2006 Toyota Corolla "S" recently at one of your dealerships. I called to ask about this car that I looked at on a Sunday. I was fortunate enough to be connected to Andy DuPont and he made me feel so comfortable that I drove right there on Monday and bought the car. My sales experience with Andy was terrific. After delivery, I realized that I had 1 key and it was a valet key and there were no remotes. I called Andy and he informed me of the details of how the car was traded and that all the keys and remotes were not turned in by the previous owner. Contact with the previous owner was attempted but failed. Andy was kind enough to tell me that he keeps remotes when he gets them and would make arrangements to have two of them programmed for my car. He made all the arrangements around my schedule and it was a done deal. A few weeks went by and I realized that I still had only 1 key. I found myself in Augusta (a 35 mile drive) on the Columbus Day Holiday and stopped to see my guy Andy. I told him that the parts department wanted $120.00 to cut me a key. He picked up his phone, made a quick call, advised me to go to the service department and they would cut and program a key for me at no cost. An hour later I had a key that actually opened my trunk! Before I left, the service rep handed me an invoice for the work and told me that I would not have to pay for it because Andy had paid for it out of his own pocket. Mr. Shuman, I was so humbled by this gesture from Andy I felt that you had to know about this. This man is a quality person, a talented salesman and is a generous man with integrity. He deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond for me. I did not buy an expensive new car… I purchased a used vehicle but he made me feel like I was the most important client that he had. This is a testament to the quality of individual that Andy is and you are fortunate to have him in your employ. On a side note, I am so pleased with my new (used) car, she is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from you and her name is Gracie. She and I are getting along very well. She has found her new home with my son & I and we both love her.

Hello,
I was impressed today, when meeting Bud Sergent, in the service department; my ‘07 Sedan received removal and replacement of the water pump pulley and bolts per a recall situation.
Mr. Sergent’s easy, polite and professional manner reflects well on Charlie’s Honda. On a scale of one to ten, ten being tops, Bud gets a 9! Only perfect people get a 10; and happily, God didn’t create any of those.

Dear Mr, Shuman:
My husband and I purchased a brand new 2008 Toyota Camry LE on November l, 2007 which we were satisfied with.
On March l8, 2008, we were in an accident in Winthrop whereby our new vehicle was totaled. Also, our Golden Retriever, Holly, disappeared from the accident scene. After we went to the hospital in Lewiston, we returned that same night and luckily found our beloved dog.
We were able to get our damaged car taken by a wrecker to your auto body shop. The next day, [our] Father…picked up my husband, and [then] picked up our personal belongings from the wrecked Camry and also saw that we had a car rental at Enterprise.
We have nothing but praise for your entire sales staff as they secured a new vehicle for us which was an exact duplicate of our damaged Camry. Within a short period of time, we were on our way (thanks especially to Jim Wentworth).
You can rest assured that we have been advertising your company's commitment which includes your service and sales staff.

We really wanted to let you know of our recent experience with your Honda Dealership. Of all the cars we have purchased through the years, including several at one or another of your other dealerships, this was the best experience of all.
My husband and I prepared well for the purchase; knowing that we either wanted in RAV4 or a CR-V. The CR-V was the winner. It’s a lovely car and just what we were looking for - a car like ride with SUV benefits.
But mainly I am writing to tell you how we enjoyed the entire sales team that worked with us, especially Dustin Gay. Here’s what we liked about him: his product knowledge was outstanding; his patience, especially with me while trying to decide between two colors; his attention to every detail, right down to putting my garage door opener on the visor of our new car; his charming personality, allowing us the space to talk privately about our decision; but most of all his passion and pride in his job.
